On August 19, 2025, a senior delegation from Siemens Energy—Mr. Alexey Ustinov (Senior Vice President), Mr. Albert Dominko (Vice President), Mr. Qin Zheng (Head of TI EAD CN) and Mrs. Stefanie Alexandra Fischer (HR Business Partner), paid a cordial visit to Ou Yang Offshore. They were received by Mr. Shao Xu (CEO), along with Mr. Cai Ye (Director of the R&D Center), Mr. Wu Di (Deputy Director) and Mr. Liu Yang (Director of the Digital Operation Management Center).

Both sides looked back on the remarkable achievements made through jointly collaboration over the years and held in-depth discussions on future cooperation in offshore engineering equipment, digital security, low-carbon innovation, and the energy transition field. During the meeting, Mr. Alexey Ustinov expressed Siemens Energy’s warm congratulations to Ou Yang Offshore for its fourth-generation deep-sea self-propelled jack-up offshore wind turbine service unit being awarded as one of the “Top 10 Projects” at the 11th China (Shanghai) International Technology Fair in 2025.

The Siemens Energy management team toured the Digital Operations Management Center for offshore engineering equipment, which jointly developed by Siemens Energy and Ou Yang Offshore in past two years. Ou Yang Offshore also showcased its Digital Management Platform, demonstrating big data accumulation combined with AI capabilities and providing value-added inputs for offshore engineering equipment operation in terms of safety, efficiency and asset management.

Looking ahead, Ou Yang Offshore and Siemens Energy will further deepen cooperation in offshore engineering and offshore renewable energy, bringing more competitive solutions to global market. By empowering each other, both sides aim to explore pathways to the sustainable development and inject new vitality into the growth of the global blue and green economies.
