In June 2026, at the 4th Tianjin International Shipping Industrial Expo, CCS officially issued the certificate for the "Offshore Seabed Bearing Capacity Analysis System" to Shanghai Ou Yang Offshore Group (hereinafter referred to as "Ou Yang Offshore"). Mr. Liu Yang, Director of the Ocean Digital Intelligence Center at Ou Yang Offshore, attended the event. This achievement signifies that the analysis system has obtained authoritative recognition for its theoretical scientific rigor, algorithmic advancement, and excellent applicability in offshore engineering field. Concurrently, it helps high-end offshore units, such as jack-up barge, reach a new milestone in safe operations.

Tailored for the critical consideration on safety operation of global jack-up barges, the "Offshore Seabed Bearing Capacity Analysis System" is a dynamic and intelligent large-model analysis platform, integrating marine geotechnical data and practical leg penetration validated model. This system combines multiple functional modules, including soil mechanical performance evaluation, seabed bearing capacity calculation, punch-through risk assessment, and spudcan extraction resistance analysis etc. Based on various built-in algorithmic models, it can accurately predict the leg penetration depth for jack-up barges and evaluate punch-through risks and provide key decision-making support during operation.

Compared with the prevailing static pre-job assessments, this system focuses more on integrating dynamic in-process assessment and real-time feedback. Through algorithm iteration based on real data and machine learning, it achieves dynamic and real-time management of operational risks. The system has already been applied in many offshore wind farms globally, completed analyses for more than 2,000 offshore wind turbine locations to date, and its reliability has been verified by a vast number of field application cases.

Looking ahead, Ou Yang Offshore will further expand its digital intelligent marine footprint based on big data models for marine applications, continuously empower the digital intelligence and digital safety in marine field, and boost the offshore engineering industry to sail toward a smarter and safer deep blue.
